Well it's that time of year again. So many Christmas parties and social gatherings... and so much food! If you are like most allergy mums it can become a tad overwhelming. If you are anything like me, your brain starts to hurt at the mere thought of another function. .
These bliss balls are so quick and easy to make up and perfect for when you need to " bring a plate". They only have 4 simple ingredients.
You should be able to pick up the ingredients at your local supermarket. The coconut condensed milk is kept with the coconut creams/milk which is usually in the Asian section. The biscuits can usually be found in the health food or gluten free section of the supermarket.
I admit these bliss balls aren't the healthiest option - they are a ' sometimes food' or 'treat food'. You'll find more healthier versions of bliss balls
What to do...
Crush biscuits until they resemble fine crumbs and place in a mixing bowl. Add the coconut and cacao and mix together until combined.
Pour in condensed coconut milk and mix until combined
Form small balls and roll in extra coconut
Place in fridge to set
