Coconut & Sunflower Biscuits

These are so quick to make and delicious. Perfect for school lunches. Healthy too! I got the idea from a recent batch of peanut butter biscuits my mum had made. Thought I’d try and create something allergy friendly. Let me know what you think.

Gluten free | Dairy free | Egg free | Grain free | Soy free | Nut free | Peanut Free

You will need…

3/4 cup raw honey
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup sunflower paste
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup coconut flour

What to do…

Preheat oven to 175C. Line a baking tray.

In a mixing bowl combine honey, sunflower paste, sunflower seeds and shredded coconut.
Add sifted coconut flour and stir until combined. Using a teaspoon, drop biscuit mix onto lined baking trays.
Bake at 175C for 10 minutes. (depending on oven)
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
