Program Overview- 

Love Your Gut is an 8 week gut healing program designed to transform your wellbeing. Each fortnight, you will receive a guide to help you learn about topics that are essential to your gut health.

You will follow a meal plan that’s chock-full of gut-rebuilding recipes - including juices, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, desserts, and cultured foods. You can choose between Omnivore or Vegetarian recipes.

To make this program as simple as possible, you’ll also receive a shopping list each week that includes all of the ingredients needed to cook your suggested meals.

Plus, you'll also receive relevant Handouts along the way to help on your journey.

Please Note: If you do not like a particular recipe listed in your suggested meals, or have an allergy to an ingredient, please feel free to swap out meals with another recipe in your guide. Remember you have both Omnivore and Vegetarian recipes so there's heaps to choose from.
